In using the Bookomi website, and by purchasing a Bookomi client membership for yourself or a third party, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use outlined below.

On submitting the client membership application form via our website you have committed to membership for a duration specified by you and will be invoiced for the full amount of your subscription, which commences on the date of your application.

 

Full payment is due immediately unless by separate arrangement with Bookomi.

 

Throughout this document, the term ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to BOOKOMI LTD, and as such, represents the views of the business in their entirety.

Fair Usage

​

You are purchasing one client membership for Bookomi which gives you and your company access to Bookomi's Author Intelligence for the duration of your membership. Replication or distribution of Bookomi's Author Intelligence beyond the employees of your company will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership regardless of the remaining time on the subscription.

Renewals or Extensions

​

Monthly memberships can be extended to Quarterly / Six Monthly or Annual Memberships simply by paying the difference between the shorter and longer duration membership, however the commencement of the membership will be the date of the first application.

Agreements

 

Apart from a breach of Fair Usage (see above), we reserve the right to cancel any ongoing agreement that we may have with you and will provide full reimbursement of the remaining subscription balance (based on a the specified pro rata monthly fee) should we decide to do so.

We follow the guidelines of the Data Protection Act of 1998 regarding information stored on a computer or a paper filing system about living people. We will not share any of your individual personal data without your clear and expressed permission, however we will publish data from surveys that is non attributable to any living individual or company.
